Last weekend the Spring finally arrived! The weather was nice, sunny and warm (+18-20C). So we thought we'll hit the road and visit our cottage after 5 months. But we couldn't find the keys! I was going nuts looking for them! There was a house key and the one of our shed. We do have a spare house key and thought we just have to brake in to the shed... Big was our surprise when we arrived...
The keys were a bit rusty, because Kalle had left them there in October! :) I guess we have a pretty safe neighbourhood!
Despite 2 dead mice (one in our bed and the other one in a soup pot), I was especially happy of the flowers, trees, bushes and herbs I planted last year - they were all alive! Every last one of them! Jeeei!
Then we met some new fellows having a mating ritual going on :) I got very close to them and got to enjoy the snake dance.
P.S. I didn't use any zoom to take this last photo. They were actually that close to me! Love makes you crazy, hah?!

... good. I actually made two of these rhubarb-coconut cakes few days ago. One for my family and the other one for the office gang. Yum!
